Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable/-refundable itemsWe will only refund items that have not been opened or consumed.
Cooling off periodYou have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RefundsWe will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As soon as your order is placed, our team will immediately begin processing your order and getting it shipped out. We generally require a processing time of 2 to 4 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't worry if the tracking number doesn't show an available package within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
You can expect to receive your order within 5-15 business days. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so we can follow it up with the shipping service.
